- Unfold the board fully and make sure it sits flat.
- Check the glide: slide the pads by hand; they should move smoothly.
- Attach what you need: handles, Pilates bar or push-up handles. Confirm they're secure.
- Clip in resistance bands, starting light.
- Charge and set the timer for your session length.
- Mount your phone to follow your plan.
Safe-use checklist

- Inspect bands for nicks, tears or thinning before each session
- Keep children and pets away while exercising
- Use the knee pad for kneeling moves
- Stay within the recommended user height range (5'0” to 6'4”)
- Move slowly and control every glide
- Stop immediately if anything feels loose or unstable
- Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition
Cleaning
- Wipe the board and pads with a damp cloth after sweaty sessions
- Use mild soap only; avoid harsh chemicals and solvents
- Dry fully before folding
- Clean the glide tracks of dust and hair regularly
Storage
- Fold flat and store under a bed or sofa, or upright against a wall
- Keep bands out of direct sunlight and heat to protect elasticity
- Store attachments together in a bag or basket
- Avoid damp areas
